Uno Lundberg ny vd för Falck Emergency

Sedan den 1 februari är Uno Lundberg ny vd för Falck Emergency i Sverige. Uno kommer närmast från en tjänst som Finans-och affärsutvecklingschef på Bravida Riks Sverige. Han har lång erfarenhet från olika positioner i flertalet säkerhetsföretag och har bland annat varit Vice President EcoBuildings Division på Schneider-Electric och CFO och Vice vd på G4S (numera Avarn Security).
- Uno har stor erfarenhet inom ledarskap och förändringsledning och jag är mycket glad över att han nu blir en del av Falck. Jag vill också tacka Sven Engquist för hans fina arbete för Falck Emergency Sverige, säger Jakob Bomholt, vd Falck Emergency.
Falck har i över 100 år jobbat för att hjälpa människor i olika situationer och under det senaste året har en ny global strategi arbetats fram där fokus tydligare ligger på vissa kärnområden som bland annat innefattar verksamheterna ambulans, läkarbilar, liggande sjuktransporter och flera av de andra verksamheter som ligger under Emergency i Sverige. Uno ser fram emot att ta sig an rollen som vd för Falck Emergency i Sverige:
- Jag ser väldigt mycket fram emot att jobba med ett så välkänt företag som Falck. Falck är inne i en förändringsresa och har en lång tradition av att hjälpa människor och det ser också jag fram emot att bli en del av. Jag har själv ett stort intresse för ledarskaps- och förändringsledningsfrågor så det är med stort intresse jag tar mig an den här uppgiften som vd. Tillsammans med alla medarbetare som varje dag gör fantastiska insatser är jag övertygad om att vi på ett bra sätt kommer fortsätta på Falcks fina resa, säger Uno Lundberg, vd Falck Emergency.

When serious accidents occur, it is not only the injured persons who are affected. Often, the experience also deeply affects family, friends, acquaintances or bystanders. Witnessing an accident can have serious mental consequences for bystanders and relatives, so it is important that they get the right help quickly to prevent prolonged illness. At Falck, psychologists, paramedics and innovators have therefore developed a new initiative that gives bystanders direct access to psychological help. In Denmark, there are more than 200,000 cases of acute illness or injury each year that require an ambulance response. Relatives and bystanders play a crucial role during an accident: they call for help, provide first aid and take care of the patient until the ambulance arrives.
