CERTIFIERAD LARMCENTRAL
Falck Larmcentral som är en del
i Falck Räddningskår AB är nu en
certifierad larmcentral enligt SSF:s
Regelverk, 136:4. Falck Räddningskår
AB är också av Länsstyrelsen ett
auktoriserat bevakningsföretag.
Certifieringen är en förutsättning för
kundgrupper som ställer höga krav på
leverans och säkerhet. Det är främst
kommuner, försäkringsbolag, företag
och privatpersoner som ställer krav
på att leverantörer inom säkerhetsbranschen
uppfyller högt ställda krav.
SSF 136:4 innebär att Falck Larmcentral
uppfyller de krav som
regelverket ställer gällande:
• Teknik och elektronik
• Fysisk säkerhet
• Kvalitetssäkrade rutiner/processer
• Informationssäkerhet
• Personkontroll
Utöver SSF 136:4 har Falck Larmcentral
sedan 2011 ett certifierat kvalitetsledningssystem
enligt ISO 9001-2008.
Genom systemets krav på dokumentation
och ständig uppföljning har
Falcks personal nu ett verktyg för
att leverera tjänster på ett
professionellt sätt.
Falck Räddningskår AB och Falck
Försäkringsaktiebolag arbetar även
med en miljöcertifiering enligt ISO
14001 standarden. Likt kvalitetsledningssystemet
har Falck även en
ambition att arbeta mot mål som innebär
ständig förbättring med fokus
mot miljöområdet.
Officiella utgivare för normerna är
Svenska Stöldskyddsföreningen inom
Stöldskyddsområdet och Svenska
Brandskyddsförnignen inom Brandskyddsområdet.
Certifiering betyder att något överensstämmer
med en kravspecifikation,
norm eller standard. Alltså är ett
certifikat ett bevis på kravuppfyllnad.
Men, certifiering innebär också att
efterlevnaden måste följas upp, det
vill säga, man skall regelbundet
kontrollera att t.ex. en certifierad
person vidmakthåller sina kunskaper
eller, för en certifierad produkt, att
alla tillverkade exemplar överensstämmer
med det certifierade
exemplaret.

When serious accidents occur, it is not only the injured persons who are affected. Often, the experience also deeply affects family, friends, acquaintances or bystanders. Witnessing an accident can have serious mental consequences for bystanders and relatives, so it is important that they get the right help quickly to prevent prolonged illness. At Falck, psychologists, paramedics and innovators have therefore developed a new initiative that gives bystanders direct access to psychological help. In Denmark, there are more than 200,000 cases of acute illness or injury each year that require an ambulance response. Relatives and bystanders play a crucial role during an accident: they call for help, provide first aid and take care of the patient until the ambulance arrives. During an accident, the help is naturally focused on the injured person, and there are limited resources for psychological first aid for bystanders and relatives.
