Dura Software Announces Its Latest Acquisition With UK-Based Company, Infinity Software Holdings Ltd.

The Transaction Represents a Significant Milestone as Dura Software Completes its 15th Acquisition.

SAN ANTONIO, TX / ACCESSWIRE / November 14, 2023 / Dura Software, a leading buyer of hyper-niche software companies, has announced its latest acquisition today, Infinity, a United Kingdom-based provider of interaction management software for contact center environments. With the addition of Infinity, Dura Software now has acquired 15 companies globally, representing a significant milestone for the rapidly growing software company.

Infinity has provided interaction management software for over 25 years. It has established itself as an innovator in the business process outsourcing, emergency services, healthcare, financial, utilities, and insurance sectors. Infinity's technology includes interaction management, low-code workflow and scripting, CCaaS and CRM integration, omnichannel orchestration and automation, quality management, and more.
