(TSX-V: ELXR) (OTC-QB: ELIXF) (FRA: 2LQA) ("Elixxer" or (the "Company) announces that, effective immediately, Mazen Haddad has ceased to be the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Haddad continues to serve as a non-executive director of the Company. The Board of Directors has named Mr. Ferras Zalt, the Company’s Chairman, to serve as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Elixxer.
