Prior to his appointment, Rizzi held leadership roles at Viavi/JDSU, Trendium, and Tektronix Communications and most recently was the founder of vivoo inc., which developed cloud-native applications targeting the industrial IoT space.

Rizzi has more than 20 years of experience driving strategy development and execution, product innovation, and go-to-market, and has been directly involved in managing the opportunities and challenges related to technology evolutions such as 3G, 4G/LTE, and cloud native. He is well equipped to drive growth and lead Empirix through the industry’s next chapter, 5G.
