North welcomes cadiaN - gade returns from loan

Today North announce the signing of Casper “cadiaN” Møller who joins North after a successful year in the American organization Rogue.
After captaining Rogue through the American Minor and delivering a fantastic performance at the New Challenger stage at the FACEIT Major, cadiaN now replaces MSL on the starting roster in North.
- I am glad to welcome cadiaN to the team today. We evaluated the team composition after the Major, and decided that we needed a new leadership. With Casper we get a leader, with a different approach to the game and meta. I expect that the duo of cadiaN and ave will be able to develop our game even further, says Jonas “whimp” Svendsen, Director of Esports at North.
Gade returns home
Furthermore Nicklas "gade" Gade returns to North as his loan spell at OpTic Gaming finishes.
Gade broke through at North Academy in 2017. His talent was quickly evident, and in February 2018 he was loaned out to OpTic in order to gain experience at the highest level.
- We are happy that gade returns to North. We have followed him thoroughly during his time at OpTic and believe that he has made satisfactory progress and gained a lot of experience. We believe that there is still a lot of untapped potential in the raw talent that Nicklas possess, says Jonas “whimp” Svendsen, Director of Esports at North.
At the same time Nikolaj "niko" Kristensen’s loan spell finishes and he returns to Heroic.
MSL has been a part of North since the launch of the organisation in January 2017, and with his time in the team coming to an end, he reflected on his experience:
- A four year long journey has ended. It started out with aizy leaving for FaZe and me and Kjaerbye building a new team of talents which surprisingly got in top-6 in the world. Since then it has been a very interesting journey with a lot of ups and downs. I also want to thank valde, it's been impressive to see his development during the past year.
- Looking back, I’m very proud of what I have accomplished, being top-5 in average in 2017. Over the 4 years I have won two big titles and four small ones and I’m very happy that I could finish my time in North by giving the fans that stuck with us a very big title. I want to thank all the teammates I have had through the time and thank North for the time. I will come back stronger!
The next offline tournament for North will be StarSeries i-League Season 6 which takes place 7th - 14th October in Kiev, Ukraine, while the firstcoming official matches will be the ECS Challenger Cup and ESL Pro League Season 8.
