Leveraging iGATE Patni Pensacola Center for Hybrid Delivery, the Engagement
Will Generate Employment Opportunities in U.S. While Providing Improved Service
to Mosaic's Global Customers

multi-million-dollar, multi-year contract with the The Mosaic Company
(NYSE:MOS) to provide Global Service Desk support in English, Latin American,
and APAC languages. The Mosaic Company is one of the world's leading producers
and marketers of concentrated phosphate and potash crop nutrients. iGATE Patni
will leverage its delivery center in Pensacola, Florida, to deliver English
language support to Mosaic worldwide users. In line with the joint initiative
of iGATE Patni and Mosaic, the engagement is expected to generate additional
jobs in Pensacola center which currently employs more than 200 people. 

The Mosaic Company is the top producer of concentrated phosphate and potash
crop nutrients in the world with 7,700 people worldwide, distribution
facilities in 10 countries and servicing customers in 30 countries. Mosaic's
business engages in every phase of crop nutrition development, from the mining

As part of the Global Service Desk support engagement, iGATE Patni will also
provide multi-lingual support in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Mandarin
through its global delivery centers. The deal will help improve Mosaic's IT
performance to business. iGATE Patni also delivers SAP implementation and
support, testing and DBA support services to The Mosaic Company.
