Valuer upgrades global sales as Dennis Poulsen assumes a new role as CGO in exchange of CEO

Valuer’s global sales strategy is gaining traction and in order to further boost the international growth of Valuer, CEO Dennis Poulsen steps down as CEO to exclusively focus on Valuer's sales and growth journey. Leading, developing and growing sales will therefore be a key responsibility going forward as Chief Growth Officer (CGO).
The Board of Directors initiates a search process for a new CEO. Until then, the Board has appointed Susanne Larsson as interim-CEO. Susanne’s extensive knowledge of Valuer, accompanied with her strong international management experience, will help steer the company on delivering the full year target and scaling the potential of Valuer.
As a consequence of this decision, Susanne will temporarily leave the board of Valuer Ai ApS and Valuer Holding ApS and the current Vice-Chairman Michael Moesgaard Andersen, will, in the meantime, take over as Chairman. When the new CEO has been appointed, the Board will propose re-election of Susanne to the Board so that Susanne will once again become Chairman of both companies.
Susanne Larsson adds: “As the Chairman of Valuer, I have come to know Valuer and its organisation extensively and I look forward to helping Valuer unleash its potential and help the organisation achieve its goals. Together we will accelerate the growth of Valuer”.
Dennis Poulsen comments:” The development of Valuer's sales organisation and its global sales is at an important stage and I look forward to dedicating my full time and energy on this task”.
The Executive Management Team of Valuer hereafter consist of Susanne Larsson, interim-CEO, Dennis Poulsen, CGO and Morten Halager, CFO.
