Aarsleff’s acquisition of shares in Permagreen Grønland A/S has been approved

On 6 May 2021, Per Aarsleff Holding A/S announced that the company had entered into an agreement on acquisition of 70% of the shares in the contracting company Permagreen Grønland A/S. 

The acquisition was subject to the approval of the Greenlandic competition authorities. Today, on 1 November 2021 we have received this approval from the Greenlandic competition authorities. 

The acquisition will formally take place on 17 November 2021.
