Company Announcement No 4 / 2020: Annual Report 2019

Today the board of Astralis Group A/S approved the annual report for 2019
covering the statutory period 31 July 2019 (date of formation) – 31 December
2019 supplemented with consolidated financial information for the full year 1
January 2019 – 31 December 2019 for the operating group including teams.

Statutory consolidated financial statements - 31 July 2019 – 31 December 2019

Total revenue was DKK 26.8 million, which was DKK 2.8 million higher than
expectation. EBITDA was DKK - 5.2 million which was DKK 0.7 million lower than
the expectation. The result was DKK -23.9 million.

Supplemental consolidated financial statements – Full year

Total revenue for 2019 was DKK 48.6 million which was DKK 5.6 million higher
than the expectation of DKK 40 million – DKK 43 million. EBITDA for 2019 was DKK
-22.7 million slightly lower than the expectation of DKK -20 million – DKK -22,5
million. The result for the year was DKK -34.6 million.

Guidance for 2020

We maintain the financial targets for Astralis Group for the financial year
ending 31 December 2020 with a net revenue in the range between DKK 60 million –
DKK 70 million and an EBITDA in the range between DKK -3.5 million – DKK -5
million.
