Transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities

Alefarm Brewing A/S ("ALEFRM" or "the Company") is a family-run craft brewery with a focus on brewing high-quality craft beer for consumers and distributors worldwide.

Pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation, Alefarm Brewing A/S hereby reports transactions made in Alefarm Brewing A/S shares by persons obliged to report on transactions to the Danish FSA and to Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark:

• Tidemann&Co ApS, owned by CEO at Alefarm Brewing A/S, Kasper Tidemann, has purchased 1.123 shares at DKK 5,23 and 877 shares at DKK 5,25.

The purchase results in a total holding of 3.212.400 shares of Alefarm Brewing A/S by Tidemann&Co ApS.
