Registration of share capital increase is completed
Company announcement no. 44, inside information: Registration of share capital increase of 158.152 new shares completed.
With reference to company announcement no. 37 of September 1st 2021 regarding the Warrant program for employees in Dataproces Group A/S the share capital increase of 158.152 new shares with a nominal value of DKK 0,02 has been registered with the Danish Business Authority (Erhvervsstyrelsen). The tender has thus been finally completed.
Dataproces’ share capital now amounts to a nominal value of DKK 611.343,04 divided into 30.567.152 shares with a nominal value of DKK 0,02 per share.
