As of 6 February 2024, the total holding of B shares (ISIN DK0060700516) was 1,646,081 shares corresponding to a nominal share capital of DKK 3,292,162 of a total share capital of DKK 40,770,000.
It is also announced that BI Asset Management Fondsmæglerselskab A/S is the asset manager of the legal persons and that BIAM, subject to portfolio management agreement, is entitled to exercise the voting rights.
As of 6 February 2024, the holding of voting rights was 1,646,081 votes corresponding to 5.06% of the total number of voting rights of Per Aarsleff Holding A/S.
