21 March 2024	Annual Report 2023
4 April 2024	Deadline for submission of business to be transacted at the 2024 Annual General Meeting
25 April 2024	Annual General Meeting
2 May 2024	Interim Report Q1 2024
15 August 2024	Interim Report H1 2024
7 November 2024	Interim Report Q1-Q3 2024

The interim and annual financial reports will be available on ViroGates’ website (www.virogates.com) immediately after release.

ViroGates encourages all shareholders to sign up to receive relevant shareholder information at its shareholder portal (www.virogates.com/shareholder-portal).
