SPENN Technology A/S, today announced the departure of Mr Helge Dalen, Chief Financial Officer, effective departure day 29.09.23, as he pursues new opportunities.
During his time with SPENN Technology A/S, Mr. Helge Dalen played an important role in shaping the financial strategy and driving the company's success. His dedication, expertise, and commitment have greatly contributed to our achievements. We thank him for his contributions and wish him the very best in his future endeavors.
As part of our commitment to maintaining strong financial leadership, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Andy Coleman as the Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective from 2. October 2023. Mr. Andy Coleman is currently serving as the Head of Financial Control at SPENN Technology A/S and brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this role. We have full confidence in his abilities to lead our financial operations during this transitional period.
Mr. Andy Coleman has been a valuable member of our finance team for almost 2 years and has demonstrated exceptional financial knowledge, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of our company's operations. We are confident that under his leadership, we will continue to maintain financial stability and drive growth.
SPENN Technology A/S will commence a comprehensive search for a permanent Chief Financial Officer, considering both internal and external candidates.
