Mdundo.com A/S: Notice of ordinary general meeting 2023

Company announcement no. 5-2023

The general meeting will be held on Thursday, 26 October 2023 at 15:00 at Matrikel1, Højbro Plads 10, Copenhagen K.

By sending an email to ir@mdundo.com shareholders will receive a link for the live stream of the board of directors’ report but online participation will not allow for voting. If participating online the Board of Directors encourages shareholders to vote by proxy or post.

According to clause 7.1. of the articles of association, the agenda for the general meeting is as follows:   

1. Report from the board of directors on the past year
2. Presentation of the annual report and any consolidated annual report for adoption
3. Approval of the remuneration for the board of directors for the current financial year
4. Decision on the allocation of profit or transfer of loss in respect of the adopted annual report
5. Election of board members
6. Election of auditors
7. Any proposals from the board of directors and/or shareholders
8. Any other business

No later than Wednesday 4th October 2023, the following information will be made available at the company’s website www.mdundo.com/investor: 1) The notice, 2) the total number of shares and votes at the date of the notice, 3) the documents to be presented at the general meeting, including the audited annual report, 4) the agenda for the general meeting and all proposals submitted, and 5) the forms to vote by proxy or post.
