Kongens Lyngby, Denmark, September 11, 2023 – Pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation article 19, Aquaporin A/S (ticker: AQP) (“Aquaporin” or the “Company”), hereby notifies receipt of information of the following transactions made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities in Aquaporin and persons closely associated with them in Aquaporin's shares and other financial instruments linked thereto.

Aquaporin has received notification of a transaction notifiable under the Market Abuse Regulation article 19 from Søren Bjørn Hansen, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors. Details of the transaction is included in the attachment.
