In accordance with section 29 of the Faroese Securities Trading Act, Banknordik discloses it has been notified on 9 August 2023 by P/F Tjaldur, Bryggjubakki 22, FO-100 Tórshavn, that on 9 August 2023, P/F Tjaldur holds 250.021 shares equal to 2.6% of BankNordik’s share capital.
