Kongens Lyngby, Denmark, May 25, 2023 – Pursuant to the Market Abuse Regulation article 19, Aquaporin A/S (ticker: AQP) (“Aquaporin” or the “Company”), hereby notifies receipt of information of the following transactions made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities in Aquaporin and persons closely associated with them in Aquaporin's shares and other financial instruments linked thereto.

Aquaporin has received notification on transactions notifiable under the Market Abuse Regulation article 19 from Søren Bjørn Hansen, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and Silver Bear Holdings ApS as closely associated person to Søren Bjørn Hansen, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.
