Tender in Spain under the Digital Competence Framework for Educators (DigCompEdu) - Seluxit's Wappsto:bit is included in submitted bids
Wappsto:bit is included in bids for tenders for Spanish schools
The Center for Telecommunications and Information Technology in Catalonia published on 13 April 2023 a tender for electronic products for schools to be purchased under the EU's Digital Competence Framework for Teachers (DigCompEdu), which is part of the EU's Covid Recovery Fund. The offer is the first of a series of purchases for the individual regions of Spain. This specific tender has a procurement budget for the schools of €24M (DKKm 180).

Seluxit's product Wappsto:bit matches the component R20 in this offer, and at least 1,656 pieces will be purchased.
Seluxit has a partnership agreement with RO-BOTICA, which is part of Abacus. Together, we have developed educational material in Spanish and Catalan for the Wappsto:bit product. Abacus offers this tender in collaboration with the Telefónica Group.
The Wappsto:bit product was developed in 2020 in collaboration with the Danish VIA CFU (Center for Teaching Aids) and is part of the Technology Pact's "Teksperimentet".
The tender closed yesterday, May 15, and the results are expected to be published at the end of June 2023.
The company will inform the market on an ongoing basis in accordance with applicable disclosure obligations.
