Reporting of transaction in Re-Match Holding A/S’ shares made by person discharging managerial responsibilities
Company announcement 13/2023 - Herning, Denmark, 26 April 2023 - Re-Match Holding A/S ("Re-Match" or the “Company”), a pioneer within sustainable recycling of artificial turf, has received notification pursuant to article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation by person discharging managerial responsibilities with information of transaction made in Re-Match’s shares.
Reference is made to the attached notification.
In connection with exercise of warrants Chief Executive Officer Nikolaj Magne Larsen has on 26 April 2023 made the transaction described in the attached notification.
