BankNordik publishes listing prospectus

With reference to company announcement no. 7/2022 of 24 March 2022 BankNordik publishes listing prospectus for the admission to trading and official listing of SEK 300 million Floating Rate Senior Non-Preferred Notes, issued on 24 March 2022. The issue is part of the ongoing process to optimise the capital structure of BankNordik.  

BankNordik hereby announces that the Financial Supervisory Authority today has approved the listing prospectus of admission to trading and official listing of SEK 300 million Floating Rate Senior Non-Preferred Notes. 

The notes (ISIN: DK0030506530) are now admitted for official listing and trading on Nasdaq Copenhagen with the first day of trading on 28. October 2022. The bonds have a maturity of five years with the option to call after four years.

Senior Non-Preferred is an instrument that is designed to meet the MREL requirement, which will be fully phased in by mid-year 2025.
