Adjustment of guidance for financial year 2021/22

Guidance in highlights for the financial year 2021/22:

• Revenue of DKK 21-22 million. compared to DKK 15.0 million. in 2020/21 (Previously DKK 25-30 million)
• EBITDA of DKK 0-1 million. compared to DKK -6.3 million. in 2020/21 (Previously DKK 2-7 million)
• Revenue on data analyzes at the level of 2020/21. (Previous growth of up to 40%)
• Revenue growth of 200-220% on SaaS compared to 2020/21. (Previously up to 200%)
• ARR growth of up to 125% compared to 2020/21. (Unchanged)

 

Dataproces is an IT and consulting house with two businesslines; data analysis and SaaS. Data analysis is downgraded from expected revenue growth of 40%, to revenue on a par with the previous year. The main reason for this, is that our sales forecast for April did not meet our expectation. This means that a significant part of the expected sales of analyzes is postponed to the next financial year. Secondly, we have had data analysis projects, which in April by final revision, have been significantly downgraded.

  

The strategic focus on SaaS is stronger than expected, which is why we are again correcting guidance up to an expected revenue growth of 200-220% compared to the previous year. ARR growth is developing as expected and is not adjusted.

 

CEO Kjartan Jensen states: "We went into April with an expectation that the goal was within reach. Therefore, I am of course very sorry that we do not fully realize our expectations. That we are succeeding so strongly in SaaS is very positive, and indicates that we are well on our way in the strategy we have presented."
