Changes to the board.

Board member Karsten Winther has today notified the Board of Directors that his employer the US NASDAQ listed company Vertiv Holding Co. has appointed him President of the entire EMEA-region. An appointment which means that he must resign from all additional board positions, and thereby from the board of FOM Technologies.

Andreas Nielsen, Chairman of the Board, says: “I am happy on behalf of Karsten Winther, and on behalf of the Executive Board and the executive management, we congratulate him on his great appointment as President of Vertiv in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Few Danes achieve these international top positions. We will now take our time to select another competent sales profile to fill his place.”

 
Karsten Winther complements: "It is with a heavy heart that I today had to inform FOM that I unfortunately is resigning from their board, even though it is at the expense of a happy announcement related to my appointment by my current employer.
