Det Hempel Fonden finansierede Coatings Science and Technology Centre (CoaST) på DTU Kemiteknik i Kgs. Lyngby, tildeler FOM Technologies en kontrakt på køb af Slot-die coating udstyr. Salget repræsenterer den anden danske kunde.  

FOM Technologies har fornøjelsen af at meddele modtagelsen af en ordre på Slot-die coating udstyr til DTU Kemiteknik og det Hempel Fonden finansierede Coatings Science and Technology Centre (CoaST) i Kgs. Lyngby.

I FOM Technologies ser vi med stor glæde frem til det nye samarbejde og muligheden for at stille vores teknologi til rådighed for de industrielle brugere af CoaST centeret samt forskerne på DTU Kemiteknik. Salget til CoaST repræsenterer det andet salg til en dansk kunde.  

Denne investor nyhed ændrer ikke tidligere udmeldt guidance for omsætning og EBITDA i 2021 regnskabsåret.

Om CoaST centeret:

CoaST centret forsker indenfor coating teknologier i hele værdikæden fra råvarer, fremstilling, test og karakterisering til produktion og anvendelse. I det brede perspektiv understøtter centeret udvikling, produktion samt anvendelse af belægninger med forbedrede bæredygtighedsprofiler samt belægningens levetid. CoaST dedikerede mål er: 

•  At give indgående kendskab til aktuelle belægningsudfordringer.
•  At udvikle matematiske værktøjer, der kvantificerer belægningsadfærd.
•  At designe eksperimentelt udstyr til accelereret test af belægninger.
•  At designe nye belægninger til etablering af laboratoriefaciliteter til både

The Hempel Foundation funded Coatings Science and Technology Centre (CoaST) at DTU Chemical Engineering in Kgs. Lyngby, awards FOM Technologies a contract for the purchase of Slot-die coating equipment. The sale represents the second Danish customer.

FOM Technologies has the pleasure of announcing the award for Slot-die coating equipment by DTU Kemiteknik and the Hempel Foundation funded Coatings Science and Technology Centre (CoaST) in Kgs. Lyngby – Denmark.

At FOM Technologies, we look very much forward to the new collaboration and the opportunity
to make our technology available to the industrial users of the CoaST centre, as well as the researchers at DTU Chemical Engineering. The sale to CoaST represents the second sale to a Danish customer.

This company announcement will not change the 2021 financial guidance for turnover and EBITDA.

About the CoaST centre:

The Coast centre covers coating technologies along the entire value chain from raw materials, over formulation, test and characterization to production and application. In the broad perspective, the centre supports development, production and use of coatings with improved sustainability profiles over the lifetime of the coating. CoaST is dedicated to the following aim: 

• To provide in depth knowledge of current coatings challenges
• To develop mathematical tools that quantify coating behaviour
• To design experimental equipment for accelerated testing of coatings
• To design novel coatings to establish laboratory facilities for both formulation and versatile testing of coatings.
