FOM Technologies tildeles prisen for bedste børsnotering i Europa i 2020 for mindre selskaber.

Portoroz, Slovenien: FOM Technologies vinder prisen for bedste børsnotering i Europa i kategorien ”Rising Star” (for selskaber med en markedsværdi mindre end 50 mio. EUR ved notering).   

Sent i går blev FOM Technologies tildelt prisen for bedste børsnotering ved det årlige awardshow arrangeret af FESE (Federation of European Securities Exchanges), European Issuer’s samt DG Grow (Den Europæiske Kommission for Interne Markeder, Industri, Entrepreneurship og SME’s).

Ved prisudstillingen i Slovenien blev administrerende direktør, Michael Stadi, overrakt prisen for bedste børsnotering med en markedsværdi på op til € 50 millioner ved notering. Prisen er endnu et vidnesbyrd om den rejse, FOM har været på de seneste år efter at have besluttet sig for at blive børsnoteret og ved den tilendebragte børsnotering i sommeren 2020.

Rising Star kategorien:

Vinderen af ​​”Rising Star Award” skille sig ud som en exceptionel performer i undergruppen af ​​SMV'er med en markedsværdi på op til € 50 mio. ved notering. Kriterierne er følgende:

•  Enestående præstation i gruppen af ​​SMV'er med en markedsværdi på op til 50 mio. EUR
•  En ansvarlig virksomhed.
•  En virksomhed i vækst, og med et klart yderligere vækstpotentiale.
•  Godt ledet og har gjort god brug af provenuet fra børsnoteringen til at skabe platform for  yderligere vækst.
•  Siden selskabet blev børsnoteret, skal aktiekursen være steget til et respektabelt, men ikke  overdrevent  niveau.

 
Om European Small and Mid-Cap Award prisen:

European Small and Mid-Cap Awards har til formål at fremme bedste praksis og tilskynde flere små og mellemstore virksomheder (SMV'er) til at få adgang til kapitalmarkeder via børsnoteringer. Dette er et fælles initiativ fra Europa-Kommissionen, fra de førende Europæiske værdipapirbørser og fra Europæiske udstedere.

SMV'er skaber grundlaget for den Europæiske økonomi i dag og i fremtiden. Mere end 98 % af EU's virksomheder er SMV'er, og de tegner sig for to tredjedele af al beskæftigelse samt næsten 60 % af bruttoværditilvæksten i EU's økonomi. Som grundlag for iværksætteri, job og vækst har SMV'er brug for et gunstigt miljø, der opfylder deres finansieringsbehov, især når de skal have adgang til markeder.

Prisoverrækkelsen blev arrangeret for første gang i 2013 af European Issuer’s og Federation of European Securities Exchanges (FESE) på initiativ af Generaldirektoratet for Erhverv og Industri (nu General direktoratet for Det Indre Marked, Industri, Entrepreneurship og SMV'er) som er en del af Europa-Kommissionen. Disse sammenslutninger repræsenterer sammen de Europæiske værdipapirbørser og de selskaber, der er noteret på dem. Priserne viser mangfoldigheden af Europæiske markeder og sigter mod at fremme børsnoteringer, især rettet mod SMV'er og vækstvirksomheder. Disse virksomheder er afgørende for europæisk økonomisk genopretning og for at nå EU's mål om jobskabelse, konkurrenceevne og vækst.

Priserne har til formål at fremme bedste praksis og at fremhæve de bedste europæiske små og mellemstore virksomheder, der har fået adgang til kapitalmarkederne via en børsintroduktion (IPO).

Portoroz, Slovenia: FOM Technologies wins the award for best IPO in Europe in the “Rising Star” category (for companies with a market capitalization of less than EUR 50 million at listing).

Late yesterday, FOM Technologies was awarded the price for best listing at the annual awards show organized by FESE (Federation of European Securities Exchanges), European Issuer’s and DG Grow (European Commission for Internal Markets, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs).

At the award ceremony in Slovenia, the CEO, Michael Stadi, was presented with the award for best listing with a market value of up to € 50 million at listing time. The award is yet another testament to the journey the FOM has been on in recent years after deciding to be listed and at the completion of listing in the summer of 2020.

“We are extremely excited that Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Denmark has chosen to nominate us for the annual European Small and Mid-Cap Awards 2021, among the many other fantastic companies listed on the stock exchange”, says Michael Stadi, CEO of FOM Technologies. “Furthermore, it is absolutely fantastic that we end up standing as European winner among the candidates of all the other European countries.”

 
Rising Star category:

The winner of the Rising Star Award stands out as an exceptional performer in the subgroup of SMEs with a market value of up to € 50 million. The criteria are as follows:

• Outstanding performance in the group of SMEs with a market value of up to DKK 50 million. EUR
• A responsible company.
• A company in growth, and with a clear additional growth potential.
• Well managed and has made good use of the proceeds from the listing to create a platform for further growth.
• Since the company was listed on the stock exchange, the share price must have risen to a respectable, but not excessive level.

 
About the European Small and Mid-Cap Award price:

The European Small and Mid-Cap Awards aim to promote best practice and encourage more small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to access capital markets through IPOs. This is a joint initiative of the European Commission, of the leading European stock exchanges and of European issuers.

SMEs are laying the foundations for the European economy today and in the future. More than 98% of EU companies are SMEs, accounting for two thirds of all employment and almost 60% of the gross value added of the EU economy. As a basis for entrepreneurship, jobs and growth, SME’s need a favourable environment that meets their funding needs, especially when it comes to accessing markets.

 
The award ceremony was organized for the first time in 2013 by European Issuers and the Federation of European Securities Exchanges (FESE) on the initiative of the Directorate-General for Business and Industry (now the Directorate-General for the Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs) which is part of Europe -Commission. These associations together represent the European stock exchanges and the companies listed on them. The prices show the diversity of European markets and aim to promote stock exchange listings, especially aimed at SMEs and growth companies. These companies are crucial for European economic recovery and for achieving the EU's goals of job creation, competitiveness and growth.

 

The awards are intended to promote best practice and to highlight the best European SMEs that have gained access to the capital markets through an IPO.
