RISMA, ASGOT & Contractbook sign partner agreement on joint solution

RISMA, ASGOT and Contractbook are now partnering to build, launch and market a joint legal service platform targeted towards trade associations. With legal services, a custom contract engine and a policy management solution, the aim is to support Danish small and medium sized companies and organizations with a next level digital legal service platform.
In addition to the legal service platform, future subscribers to the platform will also be able to purchase additional services from all three partners. For RISMA the partnership means exposure and potential upselling opportunities of all additional solutions in RISMAs GRC Suite: Privacy & GDPR, ISMS & ISO27001, Risk Management, ESG & Sustainability, Internal & Financial controls, Contract & Vendor Management, and Incident Management.
