Alefarm Brewing A/S ("ALEFRM" or "the Company") is a family-run craft brewery with a focus on brewing high-quality craft beer for consumers and distributors worldwide.

Pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation, Alefarm Brewing A/S hereby reports transactions made in Alefarm Brewing A/S shares by persons obliged to report on transactions to the Danish FSA and to Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark:

• Thomas Kristoffersen, CFO at Alefarm Brewing A/S, has purchased 4.500 shares at DKK 5,23, 3.489 shares at DKK 5,29, 13.128 shares at DKK 5,30, 2.196 shares at DKK 5,31 and 1.277 shares at DKK 5,32.

The purchase results in a total holding of 79.878 shares of Alefarm Brewing A/S by Thomas Kristoffersen.
