New policy for company announcements

We want to give the market a more accurate and transparent view of the activities in Dataproces. The Board of Directors have therefore decided to adjust Dataproces' internal guidelines. This means, that we continuously will inform about more new agreements and collaborations. In the future, we will inform the market of new agreements on data analyzes estimated to have a higher value than DKK 250,000 compared to the previous DKK 1,000,000.

In the future, we will also inform the market of new agreements on our MARC Fleksløn solution, which is part of the SaaS business.

In the period from the listing on November 13^th 2020 to today, this would have meant two additional announcements on data analyzes as well as two announcements on our MARC Fleksløn solution on SaaS agreements.

The guidance for the year has not been changed due to the mentioned agreements.

Generally about announcements

The contract is in accordance with Dataproces' strategic focus and does not change the announced guidance.

In all announcements Dataproces distinguishes between three municipality size categories; the 50 smallest municipalities are called municipalities, the 38 middle ones are called larger municipalities and the 10 largest are called top-10 municipalities.

Dataproces only announces agreements on data analyzes with a total estimated value higher than 250,000 DKK.

The SaaS platforms MARS, Min Sag and MARC Fleksløn are central to the company strategy and will be announced each time an agreement has been entered into.
