Change in BankNordik’s Board of Directors – member elected by the employees

Announcement no. 5/2021

Dan Rasmussen, who joined BankNordik’s Board of Directors on 23 March 2018 as a member elected by the employees, resigns from the Board of Directors effective today, since the sale of BankNordik’s Danish activities has been finalised.

For the remaining part of the term, Dan Rasmussen will be succeeded by Rúna Hentze, who is first deputy. Rúna Hentze has a banking education and holds 35 years seniority at BankNordik.
