Company Announcement No. 7/2026 - Termination of Market Maker Agreement
We hereby announce that our Market Maker agreement will be terminated as of 31 March 2026 as a result of the merger between Spar Nord and Nykredit.
It has been decided that the company will continue without entering into a new Market Maker Agreement after this date.
The termination of the agreement is not expected to have a significant impact on the company's operations.
