Registration of share capital increase is completed
Company announcement no. 18/2025 Registration of increased stock capital by issuing 119.886 new shares completed.
With reference to company announcements no. 17 of 1st of September 2025 regarding the warrant program for employees of Dataproces Group A/S, the capital increase of 119,886 new shares with a nominal value of DKK 0.02 have been registered with the Danish Business Authority. The tender has been completed.
Dataproces' company capital then amounts to a nominal DKK 686,398.56 divided into 34,319,928 shares at a nominal DKK 0.02 per share.
