In accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, Dataproces Group A/S has received the following notification of transactions by senior executives and/or their closely related parties.
Torben Tindbæk Haase, who is the vice chairman of the board of Dataproces Group A/S, sold 62,503 shares in Dataproces Group A/S on June 19, 2025 at an average price of 8.01, corresponding to a total of DKK 500,624.48.
