Aarsleff upgrades expectations and publishes preliminary accounting figures for H1

In connection with the ongoing preparation of the interim financial report for H1, Per Aarsleff Holding A/S makes upward adjustment of the full-year expectations for the financial year 2024/25 as follows: 

• Revenue growth of 2 to 6%, corresponding to revenue of DKK 22 to 23 billion against previously DKK 21.7 to 22.8 billion
• EBIT in the range of DKK 1,100 to 1,200 million against previously DKK 1,050 to 1,150 million.

The upward adjustment is based on the total realised results of H1 as well as on the expectations for H2. The preliminary, non-audited accounting figures for H1 are:

• Revenue of DKK 10,780 million (DKK 10,475 million in H1 2023/24).
• EBIT of DKK 465 million (DKK 451 million in H1 2023/24). 

Group CEO Jesper Kristian Jacobsen says:

“The first six months show a satisfactory result with a good order intake and a market demanding the Aarsleff Group's expertise. Our focus on the Northern European market and primarily public customers means that we are only affected to a limited effect by the particular geopolitical situation.”

Expectations for the individual reporting segments are adjusted to:

Construction
Revenue growth of 3 to 7% against previously 0 to 5%
EBIT of DKK 530-570 million against previously DKK 470-530 million

Technical Solutions
Revenue growth of 13 to 18% against previously 10 to 15%
EBIT of DKK 155-165 million against previously DKK 135-145 million

Rail
Revenue growth of -9 to -5% against previously -10 to -5%
EBIT of DKK 100-110 million against previously DKK 70-80 million

Ground Engineering
Revenue growth of -9 to -5% against previously -3 to 2%
EBIT of DKK 110-140 million against previously DKK 200-210 million

Pipe Technologies
Revenue growth of 7 to 12% against previously 2 to 7%
EBIT of DKK 205-215 million against previously DKK 175-185 million
