Registration of share capital increase is completed
Company announcement no. 18/2024 Registration of increased stock capital by issuing 446.553 new shares completed.
With reference to company announcements no. 17 of 11th of September 2024 regarding the warrant program for employees of Dataproces Group A/S, the capital increase of 446,553 new shares with a nominal value of DKK 0.02 have been registered with the Danish Business Authority. The tender has been completed.
Dataproces' company capital then amounts to a nominal DKK 678,000.78 divided into 33,900,042 shares at a nominal DKK 0.02 per share.
