Exercise of warrants

Hove A/S is obliged to disclose information about the exercise of warrants in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation. The information has been submitted for publication on the 12th of September 2024.

The Board of Directors of Hove A/S has decided to issue 234,838 new shares in accordance with warrant program appendix 1 and 3 in the company's articles of association to three employees.

At an extraordinary board meeting on the 12th September 2024, the Board of Directors of Hove A/S has decided to issue the following:

154,838 new shares at a subscription price of DKK 0.5 per share.

80,000 new shares at a subscription price of DKK 2.5 per share.

Upon exercise of the warrants, Hove A/S will receive proceeds of DKK 277,419 before deduction of costs related to the exercise of the warrants.

Hove A/S' share capital will be increased from DKK 24,420,000 to DKK 24,654,838.

The dilution amounts to 0.96 % of the existing share capital
