Seluxit A/S' shares are expected to be deleted from trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark due to bankruptcy

By decree of June 27, 2024, Seluxit A/S was placed under bankruptcy proceedings by the Bankruptcy Court in Aalborg. The bankruptcy court appointed attorney Anders Braad, Haugaard | Braad Advokatpartnerselskab, as trustee. On the same day, all trading in Seluxit A/S' shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark (“Nasdaq First North”) was suspended.

As of today, the trustee has been in contact with Nasdaq, the operator of the marketplace, Nasdaq First North, where Seluxit A/S' shares are admitted to trading under the ISIN code [DK0061076130]. Nasdaq has stated that the consequence of Seluxit A/S' bankruptcy is that the shares in Seluxit A/S will be deleted from trading on Nasdaq First North.

It follows from section 2.6(d)(III) of Appendix D of the Issuer Rules for Nasdaq First North that Nasdaq may delete an issuer's shares from trading in connection with the issuer's bankruptcy and that the deletion may take place on the date of the bankruptcy order. Nasdaq has thus informed the trustee that the shares in Seluxit A/S will be deleted from trading and that trading in the shares in Seluxit A/S will continue to be suspended until Nasdaq facilitates the final deletion from trading in their systems.

When the shares in Seluxit A/S are delisted from trading, Seluxit A/S will not issue further company announcements.

Creditors and anyone who has a claim or other claim against Seluxit A/S must follow the instructions that will appear from the Bankruptcy Court's announcement of Seluxit A/S' bankruptcy in the Danish Official Gazette (Statstidende.dk).
