With reference to company announcement no. 4 of 16 June 2023 regarding the warrant program for the chairman of the board in Dataproces Group A/S, it can be stated that chairman of the board HC Maarup has today chosen to subscribe for new shares in accordance with the terms of the agreement.
In this connection, the share capital has been increased by 50,000. new shares nominally DKK 0.02.
Dataproces' company capital then amounts to a nominal DKK 669,069.78 divided into 33,453,489 shares at a nominal DKK 0.02 per share. stock.
