Et bebudet israelsk militært angreb af Gazas sydligste by Rafah vil udgøre en katastrofal risiko for de 600.000 børn, der i øjeblikket tager ly i byen, advarer UNICEF. Hundredtusindvis af børnene i Rafah er sårede, syge, underernærede, traumatiserede eller lever med et handicap, og bør ikke tvangsflyttes. I stedet bør børnene beskyttes og en øjeblikkelig og langvarig humanitær våbenhvile igangsættes.

Susanne Skippari will join Carlsberg Group as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and a member of the Executive Committee (ExCom). Susanne Skippari joins from KONE and will start at Carlsberg in the beginning of September 2024. “Susanne brings 25 years of experience in human resources, including in senior leadership positions. Netop nu kan danske skoleklasser tilmelde sig initiativet 'Plant et træ' og få et gratis træ. Bag initiativet står WWF Verdensnaturfonden og VELUX Gruppen, der sender i alt 700 hjemmehørende træer ud til skolerne. For hvert træ, der plantes herhjemme, bliver der plantet 10 træer på skoler i Uganda. WWF er i år partner på Børnenes U-landskalender, der støtter WWF's projekt Grønne Skoler i netop Uganda.

Copenhagen, Denmark - On Friday, April 26th, Ukraine House in Denmark in partnership with the Danish Institute for International Studies and the Embassy of Ukraine in Denmark hosted a forum that brought together experts on disinformation and decolonisation from Denmark, Ukraine, Germany, Georgia, and the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria to delve into the critical issues surrounding Russian colonialism and its impact on international relations today.
